Applicants must have a Master`s degree in Human resources management. Minimum eight (8) years’ experience and at least (3) three years at senior level, Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management,
Proficiency in computer applications and human resource systems, excellent administrative, interpersonal communication, negotiating and counseling skills
Ability to plan on human resource needs, administer matters relating to human resource management and administration, coordinate staff performance management, reward and disciplinary system and processes, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff succession plans, training and development, prepare periodic progress reports and carry out administrative duties.
